Take a stroll by the cosmopolitan promenade of Loutraki.

Enjoy the sea combining various water sports. You can do jet skiing, scuba diving,

bananas, rings, water skiing and many more.

You can visit Saint Patapius and Saint Gerasimos monasteries,

acquiring a unique experience.

Sail across the Isthmos Canal by boat.

AT THE BEACH

From our installations you have quick and easy access to Flamparaki beach.

The Flamparaki beach is very well equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for hire and bars…

You can also enjoy the magnificent and organized famous beach of picturesque Loutropolis,

which is filled with beach bars, cafeterias, restaurants, fish taverns.

And for romantic getaway we recommend Vouliagmeni lake,

which is 15 minutes away from our installations by car.

This blue lagoon will mesmerize you. After your bath you can have your ouzo drinks

or lunch at the nearby taverns of your choice.

Our installations consist of 2 villas with attic in total area of 60 sq.m each,

1 villa with an attic in total area of 80 sq.m and 3 apartments in total area of 50 sq.m each.

All villas and apartments contain:

• Fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, electric kitchen, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster, juicer)
• Master bedroom with a/c. Safe. Full bathroom.
• Sitting/living room (consisting of two-seated sofa/bed for two and reclining sofa plus TV)
• Dining room
• Free Wi-Fi  at all rooms and the rest of the premises.

Villas are also provided with private balcony overlooking view at the sea and the shared pool.

All apartments and villas have access to the reception, the pool,

the specially shaped surroundings, the barbeque area and the private parking area.
