In the passage of time artificial waterfalls have retained the title of the most “must” stop in the city while the cafeteria located next door is the ideal choice for a city break with the sea and the sound of water flowing to... refresh your mood ! ! !
Diolkos arose from the need for quick passage of vessels through the Saronic to the Corinthian Gulf and vice versa, was built at the beginning of the 6th century and is connected with the tyranny of Periander at Corinth. From Loutraki you can walk the coastal path and exit the side of the Isthmus called Poseidonia. Crossing the isthmus, to the side of Corinth you can still see remnants of Diolkos.
